Use Facial Exercise To Turn Back TimeAt the age of 52, Carolyn began her quest to find a method to eliminate facial aging and in the process Carolyn’s Facial Fitness with its comprehensive facial exercise program was born.

Man or woman, the mirror can be our enemy as time takes its toll on our faces. Thinner skin, wrinkles, bags under our eyes, laugh and frown lines all add to the character of our faces. While looking in the mirror one day, Carolyn decided that her face had a bit more character than she cared for.

Like many of us, Carolyn began searching through the various programs and gadgets available to see if she could reverse some of the character showing in her face. She wanted a method that would improve her face without surgery, Botox or other invasive methods.

Carolyns research took her through numerous phases, including one of gadgets which simulated isometric exercise by electrically stimulating the facial muscles. Talk about getting a charge out of your research. While some improvement was shown, Carolyn found that not only was it inconvenient to press electrodes against her face for an hour a day, but it really didnt produce the results she was looking for.

Carolyn's Facial FitnessEven though electrical stimulation did not produce the needed results, it did point in the direction of facial exercise as being the way to go. Carloyn continued her research trying every program available only to find that they all fell short of her goal in one way or another. Either they were impossible to keep up in a busy life or they tended to add bulk to individual areas of the face and not address others. She was looking for a total package that was doable in light of peoples busy lives as well as one that addressed the entire face in a balanced manner.

Finally it dawned on Carolyn that there just wasnt such a program available and she made the decision to create her own facial exercise program. Building on results achieved in her experiments on her own face, Carolyn refined her facial exercises to include all of the common problem areas such as facial wrinkles, neck lines, double chin and that aging skin look. As her program developed and produced consistent results when tested on others, Carolyn’s Facial Fitness became a reality with a new, non-invasive alternative for men and women who are searching for a way erase some of the character time has added to their faces.

Carolyns facial exercise program targets facial wrinkles, double chin, puffy eyes with dark circles and complexion improvement through systematic toning of all areas of the face and neck. The program has been developed to work with the busiest lifestyles using facial exercises that can be completed in as little as 15 minutes a day, three times a week.

Whether you are male or female, Carolyn’s Facial Fitness program is designed to help you keep or retrieve a more healthy and youthful appearance.

It makes a lot of sense that facial exercises can help imperfections of the face such as wrinkles and bags under the eyes. Like the rest our bodies, our faces are made up of muscles. So, toning them will obviously lead to a healthier and younger looking face.

Although carolyn try on her way to stop aging, but i think if you are good christian you will never involve yourself in carolyn practical because by this time should have known that God made every thing under the control of time and there is nobody that can change God’s will, there is time to be born and there is time to get old and then the next thing is death, so this issue facial fitness make’s me laugh because you can never stop yourself from getting old.

An interesting take on the subject Acne. Am I to assume that acne is also God’s will? The bible asks us to take care of the temple we are given, namely our bodies.

Facial exercise is no more wrong than eating a healthy diet or exercising the other muscles of our bodies. All serve to make us look and feel better. That is once you get past the initial pain of starting to work out.

It won’t stop the years from passing us by, but it may help us enjoy those years and ourselves more fully.

I think there is probably no better thing than looking after your skin from an early age using creams and lotions…If like many people (and like Carolyn) this didnt happen then this kind of strategy is probably your best option.

I started treating the wrinkles around my eyes about 9 months ago and have noticed an amazing improvement just through applying cream twice daily. I would definitely recommend looking after your skin from an early age – especially if you’re exposed to a lot of sunshine.

Hey Sherry, I really enjoyed reading about Carolyn’s facial exercises. Its a much more natural and long lasting approach when compared to the terrible surgery that some models use as they get older…

Its so often the case that after starting one treatment which may or may not work, you end up finding out about another. This kind of thing happens to me all the time and not just relating to health issues…I’ve noticed similar results when trying to lose weight as well. Getting a bit off topic now, but just wanted to mention how even though the electrical stimulation didn’t get the results wanted, it was still worth doing.

Also puffy eyes give the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. The good thing is they are very much treatable.

I’m well into my 40′s now and have had a double chin for the last 10 years. What I’ve found is that a little exercise can make a great difference. I’m no expert on the rest of the face but the double chin can be reduced if you’re determined to stick to an exercise regime. Thanks for the information, I look forward to exploring the rest of your website.
